Microsoft Outlook is personal information manager of Microsoft that was introduced first with Office 97 suite. The version number of Outlook 97 is 8.0. Then Outlook 98 with version number 8.5 and Outlook 2000 with version no 9.0 are released. Outlook is premium email client used by most of the business users. Outlook stores each component of it in a single PST file where PST file size is varied with version of Outlook. MS Outlook 2000 and 2002 has PST file size of 2 GB. Outlook 2010 is more advanced than older versions of Outlook and PST size is configured to store 50 GB of data. From Outlook 2003, you can upgrade to later versions of Outlook but cannot degrade to Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002.

Hence, it is not suggested when you want Outlook data without any data loss.
